In Feb, 2022, we received an inquiry for overhead bridge crane from a power plant in Bangladesh, which provides power plant modernization, gas and combined cycle power plants, and engineering and control systems. For a highly efficient and environmentally friendly energy supply, they need overhead bridge cranes to help generator set installation and maintenance, electrical equipment and other items lifting and handling.
The generator set, weighing 13.8 tons and extending 4.5 meters high and 4.2 meters wide, had to be lifted and moved safely. A special transporting mechanism had to be built to move the unit, requiring an overhead crane that could maneuver quickly and reliably.
According to the real requirement and plant dimension, we recommended 15 ton single girder overhead crane to them. Our sales and technical department provided professional design drawings and detailed technical data for the client, he was very satisfied. Two weeks later we received purchase order and signed the contact soon on 22th, Feb 2022. Now the production was finished already. The 15 ton bridge crane has been tested and safely packaged before leaving our factory and is ready to Bangladesh.
