2 Sets 10 Ton European Overhead Crane for Sale to Bangladesh!

1. Two months ago, we got the inquiry on our website for a overhead crane from our new client in Bangladesh. This client is from a steel mill, they need a 20 ton overhead crane for lifting and transferring normal-temperature slabs of 9.15m long in the finished product warehouse for stacking, loading and unloading.
2. For such a long object to be lifting, one crane with one hook was not recommended because it would be difficult to maintain balance. So our sales engineer suggested using two sets overhead cranes to lift the load together. We were sure two 10 ton overhead cranes were well enough for the work.
3. In order to make a more accurate design solution, we asked the client for the drawings of the workshop and learned about the specific working conditions. We found that the client's workshop is relatively compact and the space is limited, so the European-style low headroom crane is more suitable for the client's needs. The client was very satisfied with our suggestion.
4. The other problem is: after seeing pictures of inside the workshop, we were aware there was no runway beams or columns designed to support the crane. So new columns and runway beam structure was a necessity. We got dimensions of the workshop from our client and designed the positions of columns to avoid interfering with the entry and exit of people and equipment.
5. We confirmed all the details of the European overhead crane design solution with the client, finally we got the order.
6. After 45 days of production, the two european cranes were finished and ready to ship. We packed the structures well and the hoists into wooded cases. One 40ft open top container was used to load all the goods,including the steel structures.
7. Hope the goods can reach Dhaka smoothly and be installed. Although we are not able to send our engineers to the installation site for help because of the pandemic situation, we send the installation, operation and maintenance manual along with crane, we also offer guidance for our client through video conferences if need.
