Cleanroom Crane - Portable Gantry Crane for Clean Room

Portable gantry cranes are very diverse cranes and easily applicable to a wide variety of cleanrooms. Due to its (electrically driven) wheels, gantry cranes can be moved around a cleanroom manually.

Customer's Request and Our Solutions:

The client requested a 1 ton portable gantry crane for his cleanroom. Due to the cleanliness requirement is not high, our design: only the main beam is cold-galvanized, and other parts are still standard materials, equipped with European chain hoist. Considering the cost, the main beam can be galvanized; or the other cleanroom crane solution is to coat the main beam with a layer of stainless steel, which can also play a role in dust prevention.

• Dongqi Cranes supply an independent manual a-frame gantry crane that can be re-positioned within the clean room facility to suit your application and it is easy to disassemble and reassemble as and when it is needed. Can also be equipped with manual and electrically-powered chain hoist.
• A portable gantry crane is also the flexible and money-saving choice, it is much more affordable than a permanent crane. A notable downside to this crane can be that it takes up more space than e.g. an overhead crane.
