DQCRANES provided the customer with one 40t double-girder container handling crane, with 40’ containers stacked 4x high, so head clearance over 25 metres, span 14 metres.

This container gantry crane is composed of bridge, crane travelling machnism, trolley, electric equipment. The frame adopts box-type welding mechanism. Crane traveling mechanism adopts separate drive. All mechanisms are operated in the driver's cabin. Power supply of crane adopts cable drum or sliding wires or diesel generator.

This 40 ton gantry crane is to meet the customer’s need for an effective handling solution to cater to the growing demand in the import and export of cargo in Southeast Asia.

Container Gantry Crane Applications:

Mainly used for container handling, handling and stacking of container railway transfer yards and large container storage yards.
