It’s a steel and pipe company, which is mainly dealing with the production of steel beam, pipe fabrication. The Saudi Arabia client is now expanded its business and his new workshop is completed. Now all the equipment are ready and waiting for the installation of overhead crane. DQCRANES is his first choice, and in return DQCRANES gives him the first class crane services.
Because the construction of the workshop has been finished and the general overhead crane can’t match the workshop well, DQCRANES’ engineers team design a series of cranes based on the workshop dimension. The workshop height is low, and he wants to make full use the space. So we design the following type.
But the workshop will collision with the main girder. So we designed the following type.

After half month, we finished the production, the customer verified the 2sets 5 ton overhead crane and our factory. He is very satisfied with the hoist and crane.

Because the low point of roof is low, so in order to let the crane travel smoothly , we use the flat steel crane rail and specifications design the connection that main beam and end truck .
Now all the goods are completed and ready for the delivery. In the future we will pay more attention on Middle East market and establish the office to serve the customer well.
