In January, 2017, Dongqi Hoist and Crane start the trip to Algeria for cranes installation and commissioning in a new steel plant, they are scheduled to stay there for one week to finish the commissioning work of three double girder overhead cranes.

Crane specifications:

Ladle crane 50/20t, span 21.5m, and lifting height 18m;
Double girder overhead crane with grab and magnet 15t, span 21.5m, lifting height 18m.

Girders Transportation and assembly:

The crane girders are fabricated into parts and put into containers, our engineers will do assembly on site; such transportation ways will not influence the performance of cranes, and container transportation can protect the girders and electrics from being damaged.

Installation site:

This time Dongqi Hoist and Crane engineers mainly to do commissioning of three cranes, since most of the mechanical work have been done by clients, the main work is at electric control connections.
Here Dongqi Hoist and Crane sincerely suggest that if there is no professional engineers, please do not try to connect the electric system, DQCRANE has received many feedbacks from clients that because of error connections, the motors and electric control box are burned out, they took much time to replace and lost much due to production delay.
