The client is a coal mining service company located in New South Wales, Australia. It mainly provides equipment and labor for Australia's mining, civil and construction industries.

At first the customer sent us any inquiry for 2 sets of 25T single beam gantry cranes with a span of 20M and a total height of 7M. The gantry cranes are used for overhauling and maintaining the coal mine machinery and equipment in the workshop.

According to the gantry crane request, our sales manager provided a simple design drawing for the client to confirm. Mr. Yousuf replied with a question for the lifting height: “I want to change the overall height of the gantry crane to 9M, and need higher lifting height, is it available?”
