Our customer comes from FF Steel, which is the largest and fastest production re-rolling steel plant in Pakistan. It is also the only steel plant in Pakistan that can manufacture grade 60 and 70 steel bars. Its products are mainly used in high-rise buildings, large commercial buildings and other projects.

Crane requirement & Crane solution:

• FF Steel’s requirement was to install the bridge scrap crane in the scrap plant for grabbing/extracting scrap iron. DQCRANE, drawing upon our experience and expertise, recommend QN type overhead crane with hook and grab for his application.
• QN Model overhead crane is developed on the basis of general purpose overhead crane, it's a two purpose type crane which the lifting device include hook and grab.
• The bridge crane generally is made up of trolley traveling mechanism, crane traveling mechanism, electric system and bridge metallic structure. The hoisting mechanism contains motor, detent, reducer, winding drum, and pulley block. The main lifting devices include grab bucket and hook.
