Matters need attention

• For the use and maintenance of grab bridge cranes, in addition to the applicable rules for the use of common hooks and bridge cranes, there are the following notes:
• Before each shift of work, the grab opening and closing mechanism must be checked, and the jaw plate closed tight. Check the fixed jaw plate, the hinge of the brace and the lubrication state of the grab.
• Check the condition of the steering wheel and the fastening and connection of the grab rope. (3) Check the working accuracy and reliability of the closed mechanism of grab bucket.
• It is not allowed to grab the whole object by grab bucket, not to use grab bucket to lift and unload feeding equipment and railway rolling stock.
• The height from the hopper shall not be greater than 200 mm when the grab is unloaded.

Safety technical operating rules

• The laying of the crane track should comply with the instruction manual, and the track grounding resistance must not exceed 4 ohms.

• The track should be straight, and the bolts must not be loosened. There should be no obstacles in the scope of the operation of the track and crane.
• Bridge crane before operation should focus on the inspection of the following items, and should meet the corresponding requirements: (1) the mechanical structure should be normal, the joints shall not be loose. (2) The appearance of the wire rope should be good, the rope card should be firm. (3) The safety limit device should be complete.
• The operating room should be made of wooden board or insulating board. After the power supply is connected, a test pen should be used to test the metal structure and the phenomenon of no leakage should be confirmed; the special escalator should be used in the upper and lower operating rooms.
• Before operation, no load trial run shall be carried out. Check and confirm that the institutions are running normally and reliably, and all the limit switches are sensitive and effective.
• The power should be cut off before the operator enters the bridge.
• When the deflection of the main girder exceeds the specified value, the crane should be repaired and used.
• When the crane is walking, the two sides of the driving wheel should be kept in sync. The deviation should be stopped in time and adjusted and repaired.
• Do not speed up and down in the work.
• In operation, due to the failure of the grab, when it is out of control, emergency measures should be taken to lower the grab.
• The grab and unloading routes shall not be passed from personnel and equipment. When empty cars are walking, the grab should be above 2m.
• When grasping soil and transporting soil, it should be stable and slow.
• After the operation, the car should be parked in the middle of the two tracks, and the clamper will be lowered to the lower part.
• After the operation, the controller should be transferred to zero, cutting off the power supply, closing and locking the windows and doors of the operating room.
