The design process involved extensive consultation with the client to determine their specific requirements. The
paper mill crane was designed to have a lifting capacity of 10 tons, with a span of 8.4 meters and a lifting height of 4.8 meters. The
10 ton overhead crane meets all relevant European safety standards, also matched with a motorized paper roll lifter, designed to lift heavy loads with ease while providing maximum safety and reliability.

The lifting equipment of this 10 ton paper mill crane is a NR type European electric hoist, was constructed using high-quality materials, including structural steel and high-strength wire ropes. The motorized trolley and NR hoist were designed to provide smooth and precise movement, with variable speed controls for optimal load handling.
To ensure safe operation, the crane was equipped with advanced safety features such as overload protection systems, anti-collision devices, limit switches, emergency stop buttons, and warning alarms. The operator's cabin was also designed with ergonomic features for maximum comfort and visibility.
Now the production and package of this 10 ton
FEM crane have been finished, and will be exported to America according to the contract time.
