Hook Crane Operation:

  • Before operating the hook crane, it is necessary to carefully check whether the mechanical, electrical parts, protective devices, etc. are intact, sensitive and reliable. If it is found that the main accessories such as the controller, stopper, electric bell, emergency start, brake, etc. of the equipment are malfunctioning, the lifting cannot be carried out.
  • Check the transmission devices, operating mechanisms, large and small wheels, drums, hooks, pulleys, wire ropes, etc. of the hook crane for wear and defects. At the same time, visually observe whether there are obstacles and obstacles on the track. Whether the buffer stoppers at both ends of the guide rail are firm or not.
  • Test whether the lifting height, operating limit switch and brake action of the hook crane are sensitive and reliable.
  • When the hook crane is running, whether there is any abnormal noise.
  • When the crane hook is in the low position, there should be at least three turns of the wire rope on the drum without obvious wear, corrosion, burnout, flattening or deformation, no broken wires, etc.
  • Operators of hook cranes need to wear work clothes, safety helmets, and non-slip safety shoes before working.
  • After the above inspection is confirmed to be correct, proceed to the hook crane operation, but if an abnormality is found, it should be shut down for inspection in time.
