Crane inspection for Karachi gantry crane project

On July 26, 2016 right before the gantry crane of my company Karachi project dispatch, my colleague at Overseas sales, production, logistics, quality control make an annual inspection for all delivery items in order to double confirm every detailed is at best status and make sure all items of the gantry crane successfully shipped at most suitable way within time.

First, we go to the gantry crane main girder plant, my team check every welding line, the painting, the marking number at every connected points and the quantity to check every item same as the contract, and quality same as my company export standard.

Secondly, we go to the gantry crane electrical panel plant, my marketing colleague discuss every function it can fulfill and my engineer, quality control check every item based on design drawing.

Thirdly, my inspection team go to the lifting trolley plant, check the motor details, connections and trolley size, and discuss the delivery scheme for all items.

After all the items verify to be at best state, all the inspection team member signed on the qualified documents before dispatch, and my logistics start to prepare wooden box for all the electrical items in order to make sure it cannot be broken among shipment.

Along with this qualified paper is the delivery scheme, such as how to transport from factory to port, how to manage different items, how to fix every item into containers etc. . Based on this final paper, my logistics colleague will go to apply the business travel to Qingdao, all the port loading is under the review of my team.
