Mainly provide the service of agricultural machinery sold, hired out and repaired. To support its expansion and modernization, the company moved into a newly built workshop and warehouse.

Requirement

• The employees work with heavy components for agricultural machinery in the modern workshop and storage facility, and need to transport these across the entire building area. So the client requested us to provide an ergonomic and safe solution to support handling of these loads, repair agricultural machinery.

Solution

• According to the client's request, we supplied a 3 ton single girder crane with European hoist supports the staff in their daily work. With a Max. load capacity of up to 3t, even smaller agricultural machinery models or spare parts can be loaded and transported. Since the building is split into various working areas, the radio control system simplifies crane controls and facilitates ergonomic control within a larger radius of the crane, making daily tasks easier for the crane operator.

Safety

• To ensure safe operation of the crane, we designed the 3 ton overhead crane with two-stage cut-off system, prevents the crane from colliding with the limit stops. When the first limit switch is reached, the long-travel speed switches to creep speed. Once the second limit switch is reached, the long-travel drive is switched off, gently braking the travel motion. Load sway, which can cause injuries and damage, is prevented electronically.
