Material handling requirements

The crane is used to lift valve production and maintenance. The maximum weight is 15ton and normally 5ton, lifting height 6m, warehouse width 15m, double speed. They have intermittent work some days they will not move. When busy they will possibly work 4 hours in 8.

According to client’s requirements, here is DQCRANES' design suggestion: one set of single girder overhead crane 5ton, span 14meters, lifting height 6meters, double speed and one set of single girder overhead crane 15ton, span 14meters, lifting height 6meters, double speed. These two cranes traveling on the same rail. DQCRANES fully meets client’s requirements and improve their working efficiency.

1. on lifting speed

The valve is a kind of precision products, so it requires double speed to ensure smooth lifting. The double speed hoist can meet the requirements and is very cost-effective.

2. on crane painting

It is tropical monsoon climate in Thailand and the weather is wet in several months. So we use epoxy zinc-rich primer to protect it from rusting and corrosion.
