FEM hoist is a newly developed material handling equipment with advanced design technology according to the FEM standards and other regulations. The new serial of wire rope electric fem hoist is environment-friendly, energy saving and cost-effective which ranks top among similar products. The lifting capacity of the FEM hoist is 1 to 80 tons and the working class is M5 and M6. Customized FEM hoists are available.

FEM hoist reducer innovation

Dongqi Crane light and small tonnage lifting equipment including: electric FEM hoist, electric FEM hoist single girder overhead crane and gantry crane, electric FEM hoist double girder overhead and gantry crane, etc. Recently, Dongqi first self-developed production of 5 ton machine performance test carried out in ND FEM hoist test bench, which achieved success.

After two hours of continuous load test, localization drive unit temperature raise, noise and brake slipped amount, etc., such key indicators reached M5 working-level performance requirements, and better than the national standard. The noise measured 58 db, lower than the national standard 85 db, the braking distance measured 8.9mm which is less than the national standard 50mm.

Since the production of Dongqi European standard electric FEM hoist has been widely recognized by the market with its excellent performance, the company sales have increased significantly year after year. Before, the company totally relied on import the core part of FEM hoisting reducer, which with high cost.

To this end, in July 2014, Dongqi set up a special team, through unremitting efforts, they finally complete the localization project, which is a total of six models, and the other five models of localization drive unit will also carried out performance testing late in December.
