Electric Hoist Study: How to Install an Electric Hoist

Electric hoist is a type of lifting equipment for moving, lifting and lowering loads easily, efficiently and safely. After purchasing your electric hoist, the installation of the electric hoist is very important, which will affect the performances of your electric hoist directly. In the following, the electric hoist installation will be represented for your reference.

Step 1. Let’s check the electric hoist drawing.

According to the electric hoist drawing, it is clear that this set of electric hoist is installed on an H steel, and the hoist trolley as marked in the drawing above is included inside the package.

Step 2. After checking the electric hoist drawing, now let’s see how the electric hoist is installed step by step according to the drawing.

Step 3. The installation of electric hoist mechanism. The mechanism of the electric hoist is consisted of three parts, the driving mechanism, supporting wheels and Rigid Bolts, seen in the following picture:

Step 4. Hung the driving mechanism and supporting wheels on the under flange of the recommended H steel, and adjust the screw to a proper position so that the WHEELS could the run on the H steel flange smoothly.

Step 5. The bolts are used to lock the electric hoist trolley to the H steel as well as to carry the hoist through the locking point, seen the following picture:
