Overhead crane : No occupation of ground area; widely used indoor, also can be used outdoor; Suitable if the workspace is limited or the working ground is occupied with many equipment or goods; Need to install stand column, support bracket, runway beam and rails.
Gantry crane: Occupy ground area; More suitable if there is no stand column; widely used outdoor, also can be used indoor. Need install foundation and pave rails on ground.
Jib crane: Can be used out door and indoor；Need install foundation on ground; Occupy small ground area covering little working area; Have up down, left right work direction and 360 degree rotation.

The most economic crane design is gantry crane, but if there are many equipments and goods on ground, we suggest to use overhead crane to save the working space.
Yep, at once the ground’s concrete width is more than 20cm, then there is no need to dig the ground. Just need pave belt steel plate, and fix it on the concrete floor with bolts. Then weld the rails is okay.
Under 20℃, the crane’s steel plate will reply by Q345. When temperature is too high, will use H grade motor, and increase the cable’s insulation grade, also will increase the crane’s ventilation.
Different connection of main beam and end beam can reduce the height;
Different crane design can shorten crane’s self height.
For eletric hoists, there is automatic painting line. For large cranes, two times base paint, and two times final paint, use epoxy polyamide paint.
