Visit crane factory with Russian customer to get your double girder gantry crane
On July 12, 2016, two Russian customers guest Mr. Vadim and Mrs. Olga visited our company. Dongqi Hoist and Crane Group’s sales manager Oscar Li and general manager Mr. Zhang accompanied visiting the whole factory.

Before coming to China, Mr. Vadim and Mrs. Olga have known Mr. Oscar Li since 2014, and they maintained a very good relationship. In May 2016,Mr Vadim and Mrs. Olga sent 7sets double girder gantry crane inquiry（50/10T four sets,100/10T two sets,32/5T one set, after checking Oscar’s quotation and drawing, Mr. Vadim and Mrs. Olga felt great and decided to visit Dongqi Hoist and Crane Group factory to check production capacity, group strength etc.

According to the time schedule and crane produciton procetures, Oscar Li arranged the the following crane factory visiting process:

Firstly, customers visiting spare parts workshop, from which they see our spare parts production machines, production process and finished spare parts, such as bearings, shaft, hooks, wheels, drums, rope guide etc.

Mr. Oscar introduced pointed out that all these crane parts can be manufactured by Dongqi Hoist and Crane, which enables the Dongqi Hoist and Crane has the following advantages:
- On one side, Dongqi Hoist and Crane could control the whole production process and control the spare parts quality;
- On the other side, Dongqi Hoist and Crane could adjust worker’s working time to meet customers delivery time.
Besides, the crane parts produced by Dongqi Hoist and Crane are supplied not only to meet the needs of Dongqi’s end customers, but also supplied to a lot of small and medium crane manufacturer.

Secondly, customers visited the girders, hoist, trolley manufacturing workshops and finished crane workshop. When Mr. Vadim saw one 200 Tons gantry crane is manufacturing, he said that it is very big and really very goods, Mr. Oscar answered that actually our biggest manufacturing capacity is 800 Tons which shocked the customers.

New product introduction-DRS wheel blocks
At last, Mr. Oscar introduced the new product of Dongqi Hoist and Crane Hoist and Crane, the DRS wheel blocks, which has the advantage of easier maintenance, replacement, saving delivery cost and highly improve customer’s working efficient and stability, customers like it very much.

After finished visiting workshop, customers come to Dongqi Hoist and Crane Group’s meeting room to have talking with Mr. Oscar and Mr. Zhang. In meeting room, Mr. Oscar Answered customer concerned questions, such as how many containers need, shipping methods, package, material test, test report, payment method etc. The customers’ approval the quality of our products, delivery time, as well as export packing etc., and they hope to cooperate with us soon in the future.
