On 14th September, the Ethiopia clients Mr Ashenafi visited we Dongqi Group, for checking our company strength and plan to purchase 6 sets of 10 Tons double girder overhead crane, used in pipe-maling machine factory.

The Pipe-Maling Machine Project introduction

Since 2014, Ethiopia economy has been developing rapidly, the government support lots industries establish their new workshops, so Mr Ashenafi established a new pipe-maling machine factory in Addis Ababa. Mr Ashenafi has been contacting with our sales manager Mr. Oscar Li since beginning of January, 2016. To proceed the project, he come to decide the overhead crane solutions and make the deal.

Make the 10 Tons overhead crane solution

According to Mr Ashenafi workshop situation, crane lifting goods, working time per day, our engineer designed the 10 Tons double girder overhead crane, the span 24 meters, lift height 9 meters, 380V, 50Hz, 3P, he was very satisfied with the solution.

Visiting workshop process

Firstly, Mr. Ashenafi visiting spare parts workshop, Mr. Oscar introduced that all these workshop crane parts (such as hooks, wheels, pulley, drums etc.) manufactured by Dongqi Group, if so, we could control the whole production process and ensure the spare parts quality; besides, Dongqi Group could adjust worker’s working time to meet customers delivery time.

Then Mr. Ashenafi visited the girders, hoist, trolley manufacturing workshops and finished crane workshop. When Mr. Ashenafi saw one 200 Tons gantry crane is manufacturing, he felt very amazing about that, actually our maximum capacity is 800 tons.

After visited the workshops, Mr. Ashenafi talked about the Mr. Oscar of 10 Tons double girder overhead crane delivery time, package, quality test etc., Mr. Oscar answered all questions clearly, the customer was very satisfied with Dongqi Group and the solutions, at last, Mr. Ashenafi signed contract with Dongqi Group, the total amount is USD143,000.00.
