Dongqi crane Factory is located in Dongqi Industry Park in Changyuan, Henan, the “Cradleland of Cranes”. It takes up 240,000 square meters and has 3600 employees including 500 technicians and over 70 senior engineers working and living there. Dongqi crane factory owns all kinds of manufacturing and detection devices up to 2000 sets. In order to give MPS a vivid understanding of Dongqi factory, we conduct the tour step by step.

During this process, Mr.Atif asked us about the welding joint testing:

“ How shall you test whether the weld joint satisfied the technical?”
“We test the weld joint by third party(Chinese government required) ,and the test tool is ultrasonic flaw detection detector”, answered by Dongqi’s crane engineer.

During this process, Mr.Atif asked the separately motor, reducer, brake and winding drum etc.
He also mentioned the motor & brake shall be out of the winding drum, this will be good for the maintenance

FEM crane is the crane designed based on European standards. Dongqi FEM crane is very competitive in material handling market for its good quality and affordable price.

European crane girder production is also the interest of Mr. Atif. During this process, Mr.Atif also climbed the ladder about 15m to the platform of cranes used in Dognqi’s warehouse, our standard platform are one side of FEM crane and without platform of trolley, according to PSM specifications, Mr.Atif asked us again the double girder cranes shall have two sides platform, one sides for the maintenance and one sides for the cable, the platform for trolley is also used for the maintenance. And we confirmed it is ok, no problem. Dongqi crane is experienced at providing customized workshop cranes.

During this process, Mr.Shad the electrical engineer talked about the bus bar, as the pictures shows, our warehouse cranes installed the single core bus bar, but according to PSM requirement, Mr.Shad asked us again that PSM wanted the 4 wire bus bar.
Besides, Mr.Shad said, PSM may installed 1 more set 30tons crane in the future, so we have to consider the bigger ratting to consider 3 sets cranes.
We confirmed it is ok.

And then we take PSM engineer to check the ABM motor, Mr.Atif and Mr.Shad asked the below questions:

1) There is Chinese in the nameplate? 
We explain, All the imported parts get into China market, the suppliers must print the Chinese.
2) How shall we prove the motor is come from Germany?
We explain, we can offer the contract that we make order with Germany ABM.

Then we visited the electrics warehouse, Mr.Atif mentioned all the electrics, contractor, etc., must be France Schneider, and we confirmed yes.

And we take PSM to check the cabin, and Mr.Shad confirmed again PSM not just want the cabinet control, they want three controllers, operator cabin with joystick controllers and pendant & Radio remote control.

For further understanding of Dongqi workshop crane, Dongqi Crane bring PSM representatives to visit one of Dongqi crane customers to observe the performances of Dongqi workshop crane in customer’s workshop after the brief Summaries of the technical. The Chinese customer of Dongqi crane is China great wall machinery co.,ltd, which has Installed 2 sets of Dongqi Crane, the 30/10t-22.5m double girder overhead crane and the10t-22.5m partial hang overhead crane.

During this process, they checked both cranes traveling performance. Both workshop cranes are traveling well because they are also the inverter controller.

The next day morning, both Mr.Atif and Mr.Shad confirmed the former technical specification one by one and asked us the meaning of their requirement, we talked one by one and then confirmed them.

And then we took them to Kaifeng city to visit the Millennium City Park, and then send them to Zhengzhou airport before 17:00
