From 3rd, December, 2017 to 23rd, December, 2017, Dongqi Crane team installation 4 sets 5 ton European type single girder overhead crane, 1 set 20 ton European type double girder overhead crane and runway beam for Haiti customer. This is the first time for Dongqi Crane team to install overhead cranes in Haiti. Haiti belongs to South America, and South America has been Dongqi Crane key market.
The overhead crane installation took a total of 20 days, during the crane installation, Dongqi Crane installation team and customer staff work in harmony, greatly improve work efficiency, complete the installation ahead of schedule, the customer highly praised Dongqi Crane installation team work efficiency.

After overhead crane installation, first of all, Dongqi Crane team conducted an electrical inspection of all types of cranes, to ensure that the line is not wrong, then the commissioning of the operation, all the normal operation of the motor, the direction of operation.
Finally, Dongqi Crane team performed a weight test on all overhead cranes, divided into a dynamic load test and a static load test. The dynamic load test is 1.1 times the rated load and the static load test is 1.25 times the rated load. During the test, the customer praised our crane performance highly.
Eventually, all of our overhead cranes passed the acceptance test.After the test is completed, Dongqi Crane team train customer's staff on overhead crane operation and overhead crane maintenance and allow the customer to experience the crane operation in person.
